1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AnonyMeets. By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.1 Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be an employee or authorized member of a registered organization
• Have a valid email address and employee ID
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

You represent and warrant that you have authorization from your organization to use this Service and that your use complies with your organization's policies.

2. Description of Service

AnonyMeets is an anonymous workplace discussion platform that enables topic creation, democratic voting, live sessions, anonymous communication, poll participation, and mood tracking for employees within their organization.

Service Availability: We strive to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or improvements and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

No Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use AnonyMeets, you must provide a valid email address and employee ID, verify your email via OTP, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3.3 Anonymous Identity

• You will be assigned a randomly generated anonymous username (e.g., "Lion_212").
• You will select an anonymous avatar from predefined options.
• You must not reveal your real identity or attempt to identify other users.
• Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate voting or discussions.

3.4 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use AnonyMeets only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include posting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; posting spam or promotional content without authorization; sharing false or misleading information; attempting to identify anonymous users; impersonation; creating multiple accounts to manipulate voting; attempting unauthorized access; using automated tools (bots/scripts); reverse engineering the App; introducing malware; and sharing confidential organizational information.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service and the right to moderate, remove, or edit content that violates these Terms.

5.2 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and ensuring it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property: The AnonyMeets App, including design, features, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by IndMon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or use our trademarks without permission.

5.4 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor, remove, and take action against content or users that violate these Terms and to cooperate with law enforcement when required.

6. Voting and Session Rules

6.1 Voting System: Each user gets one vote per topic. Votes can be changed before deadlines. Voting is anonymous; individual votes are not disclosed. Topics with the most votes may be scheduled for live sessions.

6.2 Live Sessions: Sessions are scheduled based on voting results and availability. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. Sessions are read-only after completion.

6.3 Fair Participation: Do not create fake accounts, coordinate to boost votes, spam topics, or disrupt live discussions.

7. Third-Party Services

AnonyMeets uses third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Resend) for authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimers: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnonyMeets, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App and after notifying you via email or in-app notification. Material changes will have at least 7 days' notice.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account via app settings or by contacting admin@indmon.in. Personal data will be deleted within 30 days; anonymous content may be retained for historical purposes.

11.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, are inactive, or for legal reasons.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Before filing a legal claim, contact us at admin@indmon.in to attempt informal resolution.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Force majeure events relieve performance obligations where applicable.
