We do not have access to your Google Drive files
You can delete backups at any time

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndMon, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the app
Your violation of any laws or regulations

20. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use InvoiceWala for:

Any illegal or fraudulent activities
Creating fake or fraudulent invoices
Tax evasion or money laundering
Violating any local, state, or national laws
Harming, threatening, or harassing others
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app
Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app
Removing or altering any proprietary notices
Using the app to compete with IndMon

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the app and potential legal action.

21. Intellectual Property

InvoiceWala and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by IndMon
The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of IndMon
Your business data and invoices remain your property

22. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app at any time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
Updates may be automatic or require manual installation
We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

23. Termination
