Use of InvoiceWala does not create any professional relationship (accountant-client, lawyer-client, advisor-client) between you and IndMon or its affiliates.
17.8 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndMon, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the app
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your violation of this Privacy Policy or Terms of Service

- Optional PIN/Pattern/Biometric lock for app access
- Lock credentials stored locally on your device
- We cannot recover forgotten lock credentials
- You may need to clear app data if you forget your lock

- Export data as CSV/JSON (Premium)
- Share invoices via email, WhatsApp, or other apps
- Exported files are saved to your device storage
20. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use InvoiceWala for:
- Any illegal or fraudulent activities
- Creating fake or fraudulent invoices
- Tax evasion or money laundering
- Violating any local, state, or national laws
- Harming, threatening, or harassing others
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app
- Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app
- Removing or altering any proprietary notices
- Using the app to compete with IndMon
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the app and potential legal action.
21. Intellectual Property
- InvoiceWala and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by IndMon
- The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
- All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of IndMon
- Your business data and invoices remain your property
22. Updates and Modifications
- We may update the app at any time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
- Updates may be automatic or require manual installation
- We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice

- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes
